Andrew Durden
Andrew Durden is the Founder and CEO of The Durden Company. Mr. Durden holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Mississippi and has extensive experience in the private equity real estate industry. Previously, Mr. Durden held roles at Phoenix Tower International participating in the acquisition of telephony equipment, BKM Capital Partners overseeing FP&A and Asset Management processes, and Tricon Residential where he led operational budgeting efforts for a portfolio of approximately 60,000 single family homes.
